how long will my order take to arrive?

In stock pieces will be shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation.  Non stock and custom pieces currently require a 2-3 week lead time.  Large furniture pieces require a 5-6 week lead time.  Once shipped, all orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

can i order something that i don't see in your shop?

Absolutely! We enjoy custom projects and would love to help bring your vision to life.  Send us a message and let us know what you've got in mind.

what if i'm unhappy with my purchase?

Please see our return policy for details on what to do should your order arrived damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.  Having said that, your satisfaction is our top priority.  If your order is not damaged or defective, but you are still unhappy with it, please contact us so that we can find a solution.

will my order look exactly like what i see here?

If you're ordering one of our stock charcuterie boards or furniture pieces, the item pictured is what you will receive.  All other pieces are custom made when your order is placed.  As is the nature of wood, no two pieces are alike.  While we aim to recreate each piece as closely as possible, the look and grain pattern of each piece will be unique and one of a kind.  Please also keep in mind that all computer monitors display colour differently.  As a result, the colour you see on your screen may be slightly different from what you see once you have the piece in your hands.
